Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior university lecturers to help train an advanced language model on professional presentation tasks. You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks and supporting materials across lectures, courses, conferences, and seminars.

Qualifications

• PhD (or terminal degree) with 4+ years teaching at an accredited university.
• Deep expertise in structuring complex material for clear slide-based teaching.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: lecture slides, course design materials, conference presentations, visual explanations, and seminar materials.
• Design and refine assessment rubrics and course materials to support AI-assisted teaching.
• Collaborate with researchers and educators to optimize AI-generated content quality and educational impact.
