Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced instructors at accredited universities to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across lecture decks, course materials, and conference talks, delivering clear, compelling visuals.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week; requires a PhD or terminal degree and 4+ years teaching, expert PowerPoint craft, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• PhD (or terminal degree) with 4+ years teaching at an accredited university.
• Deep expertise in structuring complex material for clear slide-based teaching.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (lecture slide decks, course design materials, conference presentations, visual explanations of complex concepts, assessment rubrics, seminar materials).
• Design and evaluate delivery materials to align with learning objectives and audience needs.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve presentation quality and clarity.
