Job summary

Grand Canyon Education is seeking a University Admissions Counselor for Boise, ID, in a remote capacity. You will recruit community college students, host events, and counsel families through the admissions process to drive inquiries and enrollments.

You will work from Boise with travel as needed. Starting salary is $58,500 per year with a tenure-based plan to increase earnings annually, in support of higher education access and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to succeed and ownership of time.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Host and implement event plans to raise awareness of programs in the territory.
• Provide counseling to prospective students and families in person, by phone, email, text or Zoom.
• Engage community college stakeholders, schedule fairs and campus visits.
• Champion the university mission and promote student success and institutional growth.
• Represent Grand Canyon Education and coordinate with local campus partners.
