Job summary

Globaltize is seeking an experienced UniFi Tier 2 Support Specialist to deliver hands-on, multi-client IT support in a remote MSP-style environment. The role focuses on UniFi networking across multiple client installations with escalation-ready ownership and clear client communication.

The ideal candidate has recent UniFi experience (10+ installations) and strong networking knowledge, with availability to work the Eastern Time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working for an external MSP or equivalent multi-client IT environment.
• Daily hands-on UniFi experience with 10+ installations.
• Strong knowledge of routing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, firewall rules and Wi‑Fi performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 network support across multiple client orgs within an MSP or multi-client IT environment.
• Troubleshoot escalated networking and UniFi issues beyond Tier 1.
• Maintain and troubleshoot UniFi environments (UDM Pro/UDM SE and similar equipment).
• Perform hosted-to-console and console-to-console migrations.
• Investigate and document issues, escalate when needed, and communicate timelines to clients.
