Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Services Specialist to utilize customer service skills and established processes to meet SLA targets.

You will analyze information and determine the appropriate course of action, while cross-functionally coordinating with internal teams and brokers. Responsibilities include policy and endorsement issuance support, documentation, data quality, rating input, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Insurance designation preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Insurance industry.
• Experience with WC, GL, Property and/or Commercial Auto.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery for moderately complicated accounts for policy & endorsement issuance.
• File documentation and set-up.
• Review account information for entry into appropriate systems with quality data reporting.
• Order, prepare and/or update reports.
• Policy rating and/or initial entry into rating model.
• Processing of underwriting transactions and requests.
• Communicate with internal functions and brokers to serve as key contact for assigned accounts.
• Booking and invoicing.
