Job summary

MAPEI is seeking an Underground Technologies Specialist Intern to work with our technical and commercial teams supporting the underground construction product line. You will gain hands-on experience through customer-site visits, field trials, technical training, laboratory work, and sales-support activities.

This internship offers a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) for 12 weeks (May–August 2027) with rotational experiences across office, laboratory, factory and field settings.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Civil, Mining, Geological Engineering or related field.
• Junior or senior preferred.
• Willingness to travel to sites as part of internship.

Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance for customers, including on-site visits and presentations.
• Support product sales, job-site activities, and customer training sessions.
• Participate in field trials, product demonstrations and special projects.
• Assist with laboratory testing and evaluation of products and materials.
• Help prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, laboratory and field teams.
