Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist for Ultrasound Imaging to support Direct Sales, Marketing, and Engineering in achieving growth targets across the United States.

In this role, you will orchestrate pre-sale demonstrations, provide in-depth clinical knowledge, and train sales staff on ultrasound systems. Travel up to 80% is required; a proven sonography background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical sonography experience.
• Commercial experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel up to 80%.
• Leadership ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level pre-sale presentations and field demos of ultrasound systems.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and clinical guidance during sales demonstrations.
• Coordinate with management, clinical, sales, marketing, and engineering for customer service quality.
• Deliver clinical training and support for NA ultrasound sales reps.
• Plan and execute field installations for ultrasound systems sold via direct sales.
• Support post-sale installations and warranty-based system upgrades.
• Submit field demonstration reports and installation reports promptly.
• Assist with booth setup and materials for national and regional trade shows.
• Support R&D efforts when required.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to ensure customer satisfaction during field installs.
