Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own and shape the company’s data platform from a fully remote UK base. You will drive cloud-native data solutions, data governance and analytics enablement across the org, with an eye toward future data leadership.

The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic influence, partnering with Product, Engineering and Leadership to steer data architecture and ML/AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and operating production-grade data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud-based data platforms.
• Create robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data services.
• Develop analytical datasets, dashboards and BI solutions.
• Build APIs and trusted data products for enterprise clients.
• Support ML/AI initiatives through robust data architecture.
• Establish governance, lineage, quality and observability standards across the data estate.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Leadership to influence decisions.
• Help define long-term data architecture and operating model.
