Harnham is recruiting an Engineering Director to build and scale a data platform function that supports critical business initiatives. You will lead engineering delivery, shape technical strategy, and establish foundations for an AI-enabled data ecosystem.

You will lead a high-performing team, own delivery across platform builds and migrations, and partner with senior leadership on hiring and strategy. This is a fully remote UK role with a competitive salary and bonus potential.
