Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to guide a pod of developers in building Agentic solutions with UiPath. You will provide early-stage technical guidance and ensure sustainable, scalable delivery that accelerates customer adoption.

You will mentor engineers in RPA features, deepen your UiPath expertise, and work with a top-tier team to deliver value while evangelizing UiPath through client-focused opportunities and dynamic demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python).
• 4+ years of UiPath development experience.
• 2+ years hands-on UiPath development.
• Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on UiPath.
• Experience configuring UiPath AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces.
• Experience in infrastructure-related tech and API integrations.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of developers to build Agentic solutions using UiPath.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee early implementation milestones.
• Develop sustainable solutions with the team to drive customer adoption.
• Mentor engineers in RPA and Agentic features.
• Develop deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its capabilities.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled technical team to deliver customer impact.
• Evangelize UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing best solutions.
• Identify out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem.
