Job summary

Nordic seeks a UiPath Automation Developer to support design, build, testing and troubleshooting of intelligent process automations for Nordic clients. This position works under the direction of senior automation and ML staff to address client needs while actively seeking opportunities to improve business processes through automation.

Remote-friendly role in the USA with occasional travel up to 5%. You will help with requirement specs, build and test automations, document solutions, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience.
• 4+ years’ experience building and deploying automations.
• UiPath certification or experience preferred.
• Healthcare provider ecosystem experience is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, build and test of automations with high service standards.
• Translate client needs into detailed requirements and automation builds.
• Develop detailed requirement specifications including effort estimates.
• Provide weekly updates on helpdesk tickets and issues resolved.
• Document technical issues and create step-by-step resolutions.
• Support platform upgrades and assist with testing.
• Contribute to process improvement and internal documentation.
• Engage in continuous learning to grow automation expertise.
