Job summary

Nordic in the United States is seeking a UiPath Automation Developer to design, build, test, and troubleshoot intelligent process automations for Nordic’s healthcare clients. You will work under senior automation staff to identify opportunities to optimize business processes and deliver reliable automation solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in building automations, UiPath expertise or certifications, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related experience; or Master’s with 3+ years; or 8+ years without degree.
• 4+ years' experience in building and deploying automations.
• Certification or experience with UiPath RPA Associate or Advanced RPA Developer certification preferred.
• Experience working in healthcare provider ecosystem preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve novel problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Managing tasks related to design, building and testing of automations, maintaining a high standard of service for all customer requests.
• Fulfilling automation requests from clients by analyzing issues, translating needs into requirements, and performing build and testing with detailed documentation.
• Developing detailed requirement specifications with estimated work effort.
• Providing updates and participating in weekly status calls with customers.
• Documenting and communicating technical issues and translating them into step-by-step resolutions.
• Participating in platform upgrades and testing as needed.
• Continuously improving processes and internal support documents.
• Engaging in continuous learning to grow solution expertise.
• Collaborating on ad hoc projects and other corporate initiatives as needed.
