Job summary

HireHi, a fully remote global Brand Ops and Web Ops studio, seeks a design-focused UI/UX designer to craft high-fidelity pages with motion and 3D visuals for B2B landing experiences. You will shape stories, key messages, and conversion moments across projects.

Collaborate with design leads, use Figma and Webflow/Framer, and apply AI workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining brand consistency and strong UX. This role is fully remote and contractor-based.

Qualifications

• Strong UI design and UX foundations with system thinking.
• Understanding of AI workflows to support design work.
• Foundational UX writing for microcopy and CTAs.
• Expert-level Figma skills and prototyping ability.
• Experience designing marketing and branded websites.
• Ability to explain design decisions and think strategically.
• Impeccable visual alignment and polish in portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design manager to develop wireframes reflecting client goals.
• Build high-fidelity designs from wireframes for conversion-focused pages.
• Transform pages visually while following brand guidelines.
• Design B2B landing pages with motion and 3D graphics.
• Coordinate with visual and motion designers to animate pages.
• Choose visuals that support the site’s story and goals.
• Use AI workflows to speed up work and expand capabilities.
• Analyze site performance and improve landing page conversions.
