Job summary

Visio Lending seeks a Business Systems Analyst / UAT Lead to coordinate user acceptance testing across releases and lead business analysis for initiatives. You will work with stakeholders, engineering, and vendors to define requirements, plan tests, and ensure release readiness.

You’ll drive requirements workshops, document clear acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability from requirements to UAT scenarios, while supporting agile ceremonies and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience leading requirements discovery and analysis for technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating requirements workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong ability translating business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing within SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, coordination, and execution of UAT across releases and projects.
• Lead business analysis for small to moderate initiatives from requirements discovery through implementation.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
• Document and drive approval of clear, complete requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into UAT test plans and scenarios with BSAs and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain UAT plans, criteria, readiness checklists, and schedules.
• Guide business users who serve as UAT testers and ensure traceability of requirements to tests.
• Coordinate test environment readiness with engineering and QA teams.
• Provide go/no-go recommendations and sign-off for UAT readiness.
• Support agile ceremonies like sprint planning and standups.
