Job summary

InDev is seeking a Business Analyst to enable successful product delivery through UAT, capturing requirements, translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria, and validating solutions before release.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and end users to document requirements, develop test scenarios, and support project reporting while ensuring accessibility considerations are addressed.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen; Active DHS clearance or Top-Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering and refining requirements with stakeholders and users.
• Experience documenting requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience writing test scenarios and test cases from user stories.
• Experience executing test cases and documenting results.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; Jira/Confluence/MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders, business users, and SMEs.
• Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create requirements traceability matrices.
• Support estimation, prioritization, and release planning for user stories.
• Plan, coordinate, and support UAT activities.
• Develop UAT test scenarios and test cases from business requirements.
• Execute tests with end users and document results.
• Support Section 508 compliance considerations during requirements.
• Contribute to program deliverables and stakeholder briefings.
• Develop and maintain process flows and SOPs for system metrics.
