Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work-related experience
• Knowledge of business integration with operational systems like Salesforce, Intelemedia, Aperta preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
• Knowledge of UAT principles, processes and best practices
• Knowledge of creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and end-to-end business processes
• Understanding of data integrity and data validation importance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including defect documentation
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear test scenarios
• Commitment to data accuracy and end-user experience
• Excellent organizational skills with project teams and schedules

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAT test plans, scenarios, and scripts
• Validate new functionality, enhancements, integrations, and fixes from a business/end-user perspective
• Identify, document, and communicate issues with steps and expected results
• Retest issues and perform regression testing
• Validate data accuracy across Salesforce, websites, and integrated systems
• Coordinate testing with Product Owners, SMEs, and Scrum Teams
• Maintain testing documents, results, and status updates with risk communications
• Provide usability feedback to support improvements and releases
