Joyce Meyer Ministries, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Tester to validate system functionality across Salesforce, websites, and integrated systems, execute UAT, document issues with clear steps, and support successful releases.

In this full-time, on-site role in Missouri, you will coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Teams, maintain testing documentation, and ensure data integrity and a positive end-user experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with business integration or testing across Salesforce/website systems.
• Knowledge of UAT principles and test-case creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for defect reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAT test plans, scenarios and scripts.
• Validate new functionality, enhancements, and fixes from business and end-user perspectives.
• Identify, document and communicate issues with steps and expected results.
• Retest and perform regression testing to verify solutions.
• Validate data accuracy across Salesforce, websites and integrated systems.
• Coordinate testing with Product Owners, SMEs and Scrum Teams.
• Maintain testing documentation and communicate risks and readiness.
• Provide usability feedback to support improvements and releases.
