Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Irving, TX is seeking a Product Tester to join the Information Technology team. You will design, execute, and maintain test plans across web, mobile, APIs, and databases to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires 3+ years of testing experience, knowledge of SDLC and Agile, and experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, plus AI-assisted testing and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of software testing experience or an equivalent training.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Experience in web, mobile, and API testing.
• Experience with test automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing across web and mobile interfaces, APIs, services, and databases to validate functionality, identify regressions, and ensure overall product quality and reliability.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans, test cases, and scripts based on product requirements and user scenarios.
• Identify, document, prioritize, track, and retest defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product designers, and product owners to promote testability, usability, performance, and mission-aligned user experiences.
• Leverage AI, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and other industry tools to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
