Job summary

Littera Education is seeking part-time, online tutors to support Reading, Math, and ESL/ELL for K-12 students. Earn up to $22.50 per hour with a fully remote, W-2 arrangement, and no lesson planning required.

Ideal candidates are US-based, in one of the eligible states, and can commit to a reliable weekly schedule with hours 5:00-8:00 PM EST. Training is paid, background checks are covered, and tutoring occurs Monday–Friday with no weekend sessions.

Qualifications

• Consistent availability and a reliable weekly schedule.
• Hours vary based on student enrollment and client needs; scheduling may change.

Responsibilities

• Show up consistently and connect with students to move learning outcomes.
• Deliver instructional support during live, scheduled sessions.
• Read and interpret on-screen lesson materials in real time.
• Utilize virtual tutoring platform to communicate effectively with students.
