Dexian is seeking a Bio specialists/Trust & Safety Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract, fully remote. You will label data, review user interactions, and enforce policy guidelines to maintain the integrity of our AI systems.

You will collaborate across teams, produce weekly reports, and handle policy-related communications. The role requires quick learning, proactive work, and strong written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail and interest in AI safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or related fields.
• Understanding of AI safety and responsible technology deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Review customer signals, user exchanges, and code to identify potential policy violations.
• Enforce established Safeguards workflows and policy guidelines with precision and care.
• Collaborate with Strategy Analysts, Policy Managers, and Threat Intelligence Investigators to identify emerging trends.
• Highlight potential policy gaps and contribute to safety improvements.
• Produce comprehensive weekly reports on operational workflows.
