The role requires deep OneTrust expertise, 8+ years in related fields, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in trust operations, consent management, privacy operations, marketing technology, or data governance.
• 3+ years leading teams or major operational domains.
• Experience owning enterprise‑scale consent and preference management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise consent and preference management capability, including strategy and operating model design.
• Set standards for capturing, managing, enforcing, and auditing consent across consumer touchpoints.
• Lead platform implementation and integrations, especially OneTrust, and drive adoption across marketing and data teams.
• Establish KPIs, controls, and monitoring for consent compliance and data usage risk.
