Job summary

Penny's Adventures is seeking a highly motivated Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book dream vacations. This part-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world and requires strong communication, organization, and client-service skills.

You will create customized itineraries, handle bookings across flights, hotels, and activities, and ensure satisfaction throughout the journey.

• Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and destination information.
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve services and offerings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and client interactions.
