Job summary

Direct Counsel is partnering with a respected law firm to seek an experienced Trial Attorney to join a growing litigation team. The role suits a seasoned litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of cases through all phases of litigation, including trial.

You will manage diverse caseloads, develop strategy, conduct and defend depositions, draft pleadings, and prepare for mediations and trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including significant trial preparation experience.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience handling matters through trial or serving in a first- or second-chair capacity.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Work Arrangement: This position is fully onsite.
