Job summary

Kodland is seeking a Remote Trial Class Manager to deliver 1:1 online trial lessons to US families, assess needs, and guide enrollment decisions. This is an independent contractor role requiring strong communication with children and parents.

You’ll work 20–25 hours per week, primarily after-school and weekend slots, with a structured onboarding, live training, and performance-based bonuses. Compensation combines a fixed per-trial base with sales incentives, paid bi-monthly.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident spoken English for US parents.
• Reliable laptop with working webcam and microphone.
• Stable internet connection suitable for uninterrupted Zoom calls.

Responsibilities

• Meet the child and at least one parent via Zoom.
• Build rapport and ask targeted questions to understand background, interests, goals, and prior experience.
• Lead a short hands-on activity using prepared materials.
• Recommend the most suitable program and learning format based on needs and engagement.
• Answer questions and guide families toward enrollment.
