Remote Trial Attorney (Property Casualty)

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, along with additional compensation such as annual bonuses. The role is primarily remote, with 90% remote and 10% on-site work.

Responsibilities

Assist with property casualty litigation, manage cases in state and federal courts, supervise staff, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, draft legal petitions, motions, and briefs, and prepare for trial.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation.
• Must be admitted to practice in Texas; preference for attorneys based in Houston.
