Job summary

Great-Lakes-Management-Co. seeks a PRN/On Call Triage RN for a remote position serving residents in MN, WI, and CO. You must reside in MN, WI or CO and hold an active RN license in those states.

The role offers on-call shifts with remote work and a pay rate of $40 per hour. Prior home health, assisted living, or long-term care experience is preferred, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Maintains a current state license as a Registered Nurse per state regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-start initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Hours - on call all shifts.
