Qualifications

• Accurate data entry at 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking with sound judgment from analysis.
• Flexible hours during peak periods.
• Team-oriented with ability to work with all levels.
• Experience with AI tools to boost productivity is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Review daily bank activity to post and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare daily and monthly journal entries such as split payments and corrections.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts with supporting documentation.
• Gather, validate, and summarize accounting or statistical data.
• Identify and research payments and coordinate posting to A/R systems.
