Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent.
• Experience with reconciliations and journal entries preferred.
• Ability to work analytically and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review daily bank activity and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare daily/monthly journal entries including split payments and reclassifications.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts with supporting documentation.
• Gather, validate, summarize accounting data.
• Identify and research payments and coordinate posting to A/R systems.
