Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Treasury Specialist to support cash management and treasury functions from a home-based position across Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. The role focuses on reconciliations, journal entries, and payment monitoring within the Treasury & Cash Management team.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and strong MS Office skills, with the ability to work flexibly and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to key accounting data at a high accuracy (40 wpm, 95% accuracy).
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.
Ability to think analytically and make sound judgments from analysis.
Willingness to work flexible hours during busy periods.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Reviews daily bank activity to post and reconcile transactions.
Prepares daily and monthly journal entries such as split payments and corrections.
Maintains and reconciles balance sheet accounts and documents reconciliations.
Gathers, validates, and summarizes accounting or statistical data.
Identifies and researches payments and coordinates posting to AR systems.
