Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to key accounting data accurately and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily bank activity to accurately post and reconcile transactions.
• Prepares required daily and monthly journal entries including split payments and corrections.
• Maintains and reconciles balance sheet accounts with supporting documentation.
• Accurately gathers, validates, and summarizes accounting or statistical data.
• Identify and research payments and post to various A/R systems.
