Job summary

Brighthouse Financial is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst in Charlotte with a hybrid work option or remote flexibility. The role involves coordinating treasury projects, producing liquidity and cash analyses, and supporting banking services and regulatory initiatives across Treasury, IT, and Finance partners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in treasury or finance, an undergraduate business/finance degree, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and knowledge of Kyriba.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance or related field required.
• 3+ years of related treasury or finance experience in a public or private company environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Insurance industry and Kyriba experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Operations projects and initiatives related to banking services, treasury technology solutions, regulatory requirements, and business-driven changes by planning, analyzing, organizing, and managing project activities.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies; inform stakeholders of progress.
• Prepare and maintain recurring Treasury Operations reporting on cash, liquidity and investments.
• Manage reporting and communication related to material transactions; maintain settlement trackers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Treasury-related expenses, including bank fees, budgeting support, and variance analysis.
• Serve as backup for daily cash positioning, liquidity reporting, and bank administration as needed.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, research issues, and coordinate responses.
• Support audit activities and control-related processes.
