Job summary

Novolex in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Treasury professional for a hybrid remote/in-office role. You will manage daily cash, liquidity reporting, and payments across ACH, wires, FX, and intercompany activities.

The ideal candidate has a Finance or Accounting degree, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Kyriba or treasury systems. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and self-starting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CTP preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Experience with Kyriba or other treasury management systems and bank portals is required.
• 3+ years in Finance or Accounting; treasury experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and self-starter work approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position and liquidity reporting including reconciliation, reporting, forecasting and initiation of payments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Manage access to bank portals and payment templates (ACH, Wire, FX) in line with controls.
• Open/close bank accounts and maintain bank signatories; complete documentation and KYC.
• Prepare and execute corporate global payments (ACH, Wires, US Cross-border, FX).
• Support month-end close and auditor schedules; maintain treasury procedures manual.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and support M&A integrations.
