Job summary

California Bank & Trust, a division of Zions Bancorporation, seeks a seasoned Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to support high-value Treasury Management clients remotely within California. You will expand client relationships, manage treasury needs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and efficient onboarding of major client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field with 2 years of banking or treasury experience.
• Solid knowledge of treasury management, banking products and procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary servicing support for high-value, complex Treasury Management clients.
• Expand and build relationships, maintain high client satisfaction by managing treasury needs.
• Track client issues to resolution and coordinate with other teams for action.
• Escalate issues with bankers, management and product/vendor teams as needed.
• Align loan clients with treasury products fitting ongoing needs.
• Identify other client banking needs and cross-sell opportunities.
• Facilitate onboarding of major client relationships or complex industries.
• Review sales, service and implementation processes to improve efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
