Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Treasury Analyst based in Hanover, MD. The role starts remote for about six months, then transitions to a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day remote weekly.

You will support liquidity forecasting, FX risk, and global cash management across subsidiaries, partnering with finance and banking teams. Applicants should have 2+ years in finance/treasury, strong Excel/Tableau skills, and experience driving change in large, distributed programs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of financial or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in banking and treasury operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with change management principles and tools.
• Proven track record on large, multi-location programs or projects.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with finance/treasury technology implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity for subsidiaries and forecast daily cash flow.
• Identify funding needs and propose debt instruments.
• Create and maintain Tableau/Excel reports on global cash.
• Oversee FX risk analysis, tracking volumes and pricing.
• Support banks, operating companies, and treasury controls.
• Lead projects: automate payment files, enhance reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to improve treasury workflows.
