Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Treasury Analyst/Associate to support cash management, forecasting, and funding activities from its Hanover, MDbase. The role combines bank account management, FX handling, and treasury project support in a hybrid work setting.

You will contribute to accurate cash positions, timely reporting, and vendor/banking process improvements while collaborating across finance teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of financial or accounting experience.
• Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record in large/complex multi-location programs/projects.
• Experience with technology implementations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support cash management processes with a focus on updating cash forecasts and positions.
• Handle bank accounts management and intercompany funding to maintain proper liquidity.
• Book and confirm spot foreign exchange trades and treasury payments in ERP systems.
• Identify and remediate bank reporting issues and assess bank fees for cost savings.
• Maintain treasury schedules and documentation; assist in treasury projects as needed.
