Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. is seeking a Traveling Leasing Specialist to support student housing properties across the United States.

This remote role requires extensive travel (up to 90%) to lead leasing efforts, train on-site teams, and drive occupancy at focus properties. You will execute leasing processes from prospect engagement through closings, mentor leasing staff, analyze market conditions, and collaborate with Sales to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong track record in high-volume leasing and sales.
• Experience in student housing leasing is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% nationwide.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing at focus properties to maximize occupancy.
• Train and coach on-site leasing teams with best practices.
• Execute all leasing steps from prospect to lease.
• Analyze market trends and adjust pricing and incentives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resident experience.
