Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Traveling Multifamily Construction Superintendent for low-income housing renovations across the United States, focusing on Midwest, Northeast, and MidAtlantic projects. The role requires being a road warrior and managing busy site logistics and safety on multifamily renovation sites.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in low-income multifamily housing projects, travel nationwide, and familiarity with drawings, specs, and Procore.

Job Title: Traveling Multifamily Construction Superintendent (Low Income/Affordable Housing renovations)

Location: Midwest, Northeast, MidAtlantic

**This position requires you to be a road warrior!

**Heavy travel east of the Mississippi

Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded Multifamily Low Income/Affordable Housing Renovation/Rehab General Contractor who is on their search for a Traveling Multifamily Construction Superintendent with experience working on l ow-income/affordable multifamily housing specific renovations across the United States but more specifically, with projects in the Midwest, MidAtlantic, and Northeast (East of the Mississippi).

Project Type: Multifamily low-income housing (Apartments/Garden Style), Renovations

Responsibilities:

• Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's safety policies and procedures
• Organize and layout project site logistics
• Oversee execution of the Punch Lists
• Managed and publish subcontractor schedule on a weekly basis
• Review subcontractor meetings
• Working knowledge of city inspection guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

• Must be able to travel nationwide
• Must have MF LI housing reno experience
• Understanding of drawings and specifications
• Experienced with Procore and any other related construction software
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 Certification preferred
• At least 5 years of experience managing low-income multifamily housing projects
• MUST be able to travel/road warrior/remain on-site for at least a year (duration of project(s))
