BCD Travel is seeking a CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager (Remote) to oversee incident assessment, solution scoping, and coordinated delivery across global teams. You will drive improvements, handle complex configurations, and liaise with customers to ensure value delivery.

The role requires advanced corporate travel and travel tech experience, project management skills, and strong English communication in a multinational, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in travel technology.
• Experience in a collaborative and international workspace.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Logically conduct assessments, replicate errors, or test situations if possible.
• Execute small to highest complex configuration changes across multiple systems.
• Perform benefit and risk analysis on complex scenarios.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and clear communication.
• Conduct trainings and presentations to external customers.
• Participate in shift planning for the virtual team with senior management guidance.
