In this fully remote role, you will be the main contact for clients, answering inquiries, coordinating itineraries, and guiding them through booking processes to ensure a smooth travel experience.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication, travel or customer service experience, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

• Provide clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed.
