The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. You will learn new booking platforms and digital tools while delivering excellent client support.

• Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed.
