Destinationknot is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role in travel planning and booking support. You will assist travelers with inquiries, provide tailored options, and follow up professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are service-minded, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a home office while leveraging email, booking platforms, and CRM tools to maintain accurate client records and deliver a high-touch client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or the travel industry is helpful but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using email, booking platforms, and CRM tools (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation management.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly manner.
• Recommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activities.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately.
