Izzy World Travels is seeking a Remote Travel Professional to deliver premier customer service to clients and support their travel needs from anywhere. The role includes training, ongoing professional development, and access to our certification program.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, tailoring marketing materials, recommending destinations, booking trips, and handling pre-departure itineraries while maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in travel, hospitality, business, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience as a travel agent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients to assess travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Customize marketing materials to appeal to clients via social media platforms, bulletin boards, and flyers.
• Recommend travel destinations based on weather, culture, excursions/activities, and visa requirements.
• Book travel arrangements, collect payments and fees, obtain required documentation.
• Prepare all pre-departure itineraries and handle travel-related conflicts promptly.
• Maintain professional relationships with travel vendors, clients, and tour operators.
