Job summary

Aisles & Abroad is seeking Online Travel Reservations Advisors who can plan and book trips from anywhere. This remote, 1099 role rewards self-motivation, reliability, and strong client service.

You’ll help clients design itineraries, research options, and coordinate reservations to deliver memorable travel experiences. Ideal candidates are travel-enthusiasts with excellent communication and organizational skills who can work independently while maintaining quality service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, online booking platforms, and email.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passion for travel and helping others.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation planning and travel recommendations.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, flights, and vacation packages.
• Coordinate travel reservations and booking requests.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information.
• Maintain accurate client records and reservation details.
• Build lasting relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
