Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and selecting travel options including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages.
- Support the booking and confirmation process from initial inquiry through finalized reservations.
- Respond to client questions regarding availability, travel details, and booking requirements.
- Review reservation information for accuracy, including dates and traveler details.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings.
- Provide follow-up communication before and after travel.
