Destinationknot is seeking a Travel Reservations Assistant to support clients in coordinating travel arrangements and confirming reservations. This fully remote role provides structured onboarding and ongoing support to help you succeed in the position.

No prior travel industry experience is required, and a training program is provided. You will handle bookings, respond to client inquiries, and ensure accurate itinerary details from a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Support clients by answering travel-related questions and providing reservation updates
• Review booking details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and payment timelines
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Provide follow-up assistance prior to departure and after travel completion
