Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (PM, Construction, Business, Engineering) or combination of experience/education.
• 5+ years of direct experience in project management or similar roles.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage subcontractors and project expectations.
• Maintain project documentation and track expenses/budget.
• Prepare reports and communicate with clients/subcontractors.
• Attend and participate in project coordination and meetings as requested.
• Research/change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Monitor field or contract work for compliance with standards and codes.
• Oversee submittal and RFI processes.
• Track billing and ensure early billing where possible.
