Job summary

Disney Vacation Specialist is a remote, work-from-home role focused on booking vacations for leisure and corporate clients worldwide. You will research and craft itineraries, tailor trips to client needs, and manage budgets while coordinating flights, hotels, cars, cruises, tours, and more.

Join a team that communicates with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction, handles issues promptly, and participates in ongoing trainings to stay certified in travel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Reliable internet access and a computer (or smartphone) is needed.
• Hospitality, customer service or sales background is a plus but not required.
• Personal travel experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research, create, and execute travel itineraries for clients.
• Review client needs to design trips tailored to each traveler.
• Review budgets and plan trips accordingly.
• Book airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours and more.
• Communicate with clients pre- and post-travel to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle issues arising before, during, or after travel.
• Complete ongoing trainings to maintain and earn travel certifications.
• Attend webinars with vendors to gain destination-specific expertise.
• Stay updated on changes in travel and tourism.
