Job summary

Camirand Travel is seeking motivated, organized individuals to join as Remote Travel Coordinators who will assist clients in researching, planning, and booking travel experiences with exceptional service throughout the planning process.

This remote, independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, access to suppliers, and ongoing support to help you grow a personal travel business through commissions on completed travel sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry.
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
