Destination Careers is seeking Travel Planning Specialists to assist clients in planning travel experiences, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries. You will research destinations and provide tailored recommendations based on client budgets and goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating itineraries, communicating with suppliers, and maintaining detailed records of bookings and client communications.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use online booking systems.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or trip planning.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or travel planning is helpful but not required

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with planning and organizing travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
• Research destinations and provide recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals
• Coordinate itineraries and ensure travel details are accurate and well organized
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
• Maintain detailed records of travel bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide support to travelers before and during their trips as needed
• Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
• Ensure clients receive clear travel details and itinerary information prior to departure
