Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel planning or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand vacation preferences, budget, and desired destinations.
• Research and recommend vacation packages, flights, accommodations, and activities based on client's needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best rates and deals for clients.
• Create detailed itineraries for clients, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and any special requests.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns or issues.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide clients with current information.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
